Bachelor degree or above, majoring in business English, secretarial, administrative management is preferred;
At least 5 years of GM assistant and administrative related work experience;
Sense of responsibility, good communication, strong coordination and organizational skills;
Responsible for supporting the management of the GM's schedule, meeting coordination and itinerary arrangement;
Responsible for supporting the company's management and important meeting arrangements, organize the minutes of the meeting and the tracking and coordination of related actions after the meeting
